The BISCO Bar-B-Q (this event has also been a breakfast) is an annual event with two missions.  First, the event is an opportunity to celebrate our community with a special focus on education.  Second, this event is one of two sources of funding that support BISCO projects.  The other funding source is through BISCO memberships.
